Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase, refund and warranty. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Please contact us if you have any queries before accepting. Cancellation of orders will incur a fee of 20% of the total price or any fees/freight charged to Fireart Australia for restocking. Whichever is greater. Delivery, assembly and installation are not included unless a specified item/charge is indicated on the order. Please arrange suitable means of transport for collection of goods as we are not responsible for loading/securing or damages. Goods remain the property of Fireart Australia until paid in full. Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment to the original purchaser. If a refund exceeds $1000, the refund will be procced by DIRECT DEPOSIT, unless otherwise confirmed by management.

DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS: Must include the name on the Quote/Invoice ONLY and the Quote/Invoice number as a reference also.

Goods remain the property of Fireart Australia until paid in full.

We do not store your credit card or bank information.

Delivery and installation fees will depend on where your order is being delivered, the size of the package and the weight. Products bought can only be delivered within Australia. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number(s) and email address are provided to Fireart Australia.

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified. All prices on the website include all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. All prices on Fireart Australia's website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on your order are fixed once your order has been confirmed, subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to confirmed orders. You agree to pay delivery charges as they are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase.

If any product purchased from Fireart Australia is damaged during delivery, the customer should either refuse to accept the product or sign for the goods as damaged. Failure to do this would constitute acceptance of the product and Fireart Australia reserve the right to assume this. All product deliveries are in the control of our carriers once dispatched and Fireart Australia holds no responsibility as to time of delivery.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt. Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment to the original purchaser. If a refund exceeds $1000, the refund will be procced by DIRECT DEPOSIT, unless otherwise confirmed by management.
